Michael Jenkins, Founder & CEO
Michael has over 35+ years senior leadership experience in the Canadian & Global Markets in private and public companies. His expertise includes global sales/distribution channels, In/Out product Licensing and Manufacturing. Michael was co-founder, Chairman & CEO of a startup medical device company where he lead the company's IPO, development and commercialization of clinically proven and approved (HC, FCA,EU) devices using the company's proprietary thermal technology. Products developed and approved included devices for topical insect sting/bite relief and cold sore prevention. Michael has founded/co-founded over 20 companies. He's worked in OTC Health, Rx, Medical Devices, Natural Health Products, Institutional Healthcare and Outdoor products/Sporting Goods.
Doug Crawshaw, General Manager
Doug has over 25 years senior leadership experience in Canadian & Global Rx/OTC markets through his time at Baxter, Schering-Plough, Merck and Bayer. He's worked on iconic global brands such as Aerius, Afrin, Claritin, Coppertone and Dr. Scholl's.
He's also worked on Canadian brands including hydraSense and Muskol. He has over 17 years experience in the Canadian Repellent market.
Scott Shoniker, Coleman First Aid
Scott joined the INTEC group of companies in 2012 as the Vice-President & General Manager of Intec Healthcare Solutions. In 2016 Scott assumed responsibility for the Coleman First Aid project in Canada at Intec Pharmacal in addition to his responsibilities at Intec Healthcare Solutions. Scott has over 28 years of executive management, sales, marketing and business strategy experience in medical devices, capital equipment and personal healthcare products serving both institutional and retail markets.
Prior to joining Jencor International Scott founded Colton Genesis International Inc. and held various positions with increasing responsibility at Siemens Medical Systems and Tyco Healthcare.
Julien Berthiaume, Quebec Region
Julien Berthiaume joined Intec Pharmacal in 2017. He has more than 25 years of experience working for global organizations in the packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries.
Before joining Intec Pharmacal, he was Executive Director of the Canadian Consumer Product Division with Sandoz Canada, based in Boucherville Québec. He began his career with Ralston Purina and subsequently held senior positions, including National Sales, Product Development, Strategy and Marketing with companies such as S.C Johnson, Cadbury beverages and Playtex.
Known for his creative approach and drive, Julien has set up marketing departments and created new consumer product divisions for major organizations.
